L'azienda di tessitura a maglia conto terzi Fratelli Cottavoz & C. nasce nel 1972 a Novara su iniziativa di due fratelli che decidono di far rivivere la tradizionale attività di famiglia.
La società si trasferisce a Lumellogno nel 1982 affiancandosi alla Lumeltex, sorta nel 1979, che viene incorporata nel 1995 anno in cui si trasferisce nell'attuale sede di Mandello Vitta in uno stabilimento di circa 3.000 mq.

L'azienda esegue tessitura a maglia esclusivamente per conto terzi.
Inoltre attraverso collaborazioni con altre aziende contoterziste e tintorie garantisce una filiera continua dal filato al tessuto tinto e finito con eventuali accessori (colli, polsi, ecc.).

Fratelli Cottavoz & C. was founded in 1972 in Novara by two brother which decided to restart the family business. The weaving firm "on behalf of third parties" has moved in 1982 to a new plant in Lumellogno and went alongside to Lumeltex, born in 1979, this firm was incorporated in 1995  when the company moved to the present plant in Mandello Vitta.
